The theme is The Talent Multiverse. In an interconnected world, the summit explores how leaders can navigate the future of work, workplaces and talent, using curated dialogues and partnerships grounded in real world labour market data and leading research.

How much is the conference fee?

The standard conference fee is KES 55,000 inclusive of VAT.

What does the conference fee include?

The fee includes summit attendance from 2nd - 4th September 2026, mid morning and afternoon tea or coffee with snacks, buffet lunch, one soft beverage per delegate during meals and two 500ml waters per day.
